Did the design run?
- Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
- No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
- Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
- No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
- Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
- No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
- Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
- Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
- No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
- The plan was a plan: heldplan-execute.planThe planner’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one step.
- Each call was shown the right tools: heldplan-execute.toolsThe planner was shown no tools and the executor the task’s full toolset.
Phases

Final answer
Order O-3001 is fully refunded (68,600 of 68,600 cents), but the two returned items are not back in stock yet. I have no tool to mark them received, so that part is waiting on the warehouse.
- Cancelled line L3 (2 × USB-C Hub): it had never shipped, so I cancelled it. I refunded 13,800 cents to her card, which is what she paid for it, and put both units back into stock (8 → 10).
- Returned lines L1 (P-DOC) and L2 (P-MON): both shipped on 2026-05-04, which is well past the 30-day return window. Policy says a late return must be paid as store credit, not to the card. I recorded a 54,800-cent store-credit refund against the order (21,900 for L1, 32,900 for L2). I also added the same 54,800 cents to her balance, which went from 500 to 55,300.
- Warehouse: I did not restock P-DOC or P-MON. They go back into stock only when the warehouse receives them.
- Scope: I didn't change the shipping address, and I didn't touch any other order, customer or product.
The plan assumed a return could be refunded to the card if it fell inside the window. This one fell outside it, so I followed the policy and paid it as store credit.

Cost excludes judge calls, which are tracked separately so a scoring model never flatters or penalises an architecture. Every figure on this site is read from results/ at build time.
