Did the design run?
- Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
- No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
- Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
- No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
- Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
- No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
- Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
- Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
- No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
- The plan was a plan: heldplan-execute.planThe planner’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one step.
- Each call was shown the right tools: heldplan-execute.toolsThe planner was shown no tools and the executor the task’s full toolset.

Final answer
O-3001 is fully refunded and closed out: £686.00 back to Priya in total, split between card and store credit. The returned dock and monitor are not back in stock yet.
Cancelled line:
- L3 (2 × USB-C Hub) had never shipped, so I cancelled it as a cancellation, not a return.
- I refunded £138.00 to the original card, which is what she paid for it.
- I put both hubs back into stock (P-HUB went from 8 to 10).
- The order doesn't show whether stock was set aside for L3. It was "pending" rather than backordered, so I treated it as having stock set aside.
Returned lines:
- L1 (Laptop Dock, £219.00) and L2 (Monitor, £329.00) shipped on 2026-05-04. That is far beyond the 30-day window, which runs from the ship date.
- The policy therefore requires store credit, not the card. I recorded a £548.00 store-credit refund against the order and added the same amount to her balance. Her balance went from £5.00 to £553.00.
- Each line was refunded exactly what she paid.
- Warehouse: I did not restock L1 or L2. There is no receive-return tool and nothing shows the goods have arrived. The dock (P-DOC) and monitor (P-MON) should be added to stock once the warehouse receives them.
I didn't re-read the order afterwards. The tool outputs confirmed the order is now "returned" with £686.00 refunded against £686.00 paid. I didn't touch the shipping address or any other order, customer or product.
The plan said to open a return through a return or RMA tool, but none exists here. The refund calls marked L1 and L2 as returned instead.

Cost excludes judge calls, which are tracked separately so a scoring model never flatters or penalises an architecture. Every figure on this site is read from results/ at build time.
