Did the design run?
- Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
- No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
- Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
- No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
- Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
- No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
- Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
- Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
- No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
- The plan was a plan: heldplan-execute.planThe planner’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one step.
- Each call was shown the right tools: heldplan-execute.toolsThe planner was shown no tools and the executor the task’s full toolset.
Phases
Drawn from the phase records: timing and cost per call, no tool calls or messages.

Final answer
I settled 12 of the 16 open RMAs and closed them. One is under investigation, one is partly settled and still open, and two are untouched. The inbox had no open messages, so I sent no replies.
The tools report today as 2026-07-25, not the 2026-10-05 in the brief. I used the system date, which is the one the policy windows and dated updates are measured against.
Closed after refund and restock
| RMA | Refund | Method | Restocked as |
|---|---|---|---|
| 801 | 10,965 | card (15% fee) | sellable |
| 802 | 15,900 | card (no fee, PU-21) | sellable |
| 803 | 27,965 | store credit (window closed, 15% fee) | sellable |
| 804 | 27,965 | store credit (window closed, 15% fee) | sellable |
| 805 | 5,520 | card (20% fee, PU-15) | sellable |
| 806 | 7,350 | card (defective, no fee) | damaged (2 units) |
| 810 | 9,900 | card (12,900 paid less 3,000 already refunded) | damaged |
| 811 | 4,900 | card (damaged in transit, no fee) | sellable |
| 812 | 21,900 | card (defective, no fee) | damaged |
| 813 | 10,965 | card (15% fee) | sellable |
| 814 | 31,800 | card (no fee, PU-21) | sellable (2 units) |
| 815 | 10,965 | card (15% fee) | sellable |
- Store credit (803, 804): these were shipped 41 days before the return was requested, past the 30-day window. 803's customer only became gold on 2026-07-15, after the request, so PU-18's 45-day window did not apply. Each refund is recorded on the order and added to that customer's own balance.
- Card refund (815): the customer is platinum, so the 45-day window under PU-18 applied. The return was 38 days after shipping.
- Fees (801, 803, 804, 813, 815): PU-21's no-fee period only covers returns requested 2026-07-10 to 2026-07-20. These requests fell outside it, so the normal 15% fee applied.
- Window edge (813): shipped 06-24 and requested 07-24, exactly 30 days, so still inside the window and paid to card.
Not closed
- RMA-808: the warehouse received P-CAB, but the return covers P-MON. I opened investigation INV-1 and refunded and restocked nothing.
- RMA-809: only 2 of 3 cables have arrived. I refunded those 2 units (3,800 to card, no fee under PU-21) and restocked 1 sellable and 1 damaged. The RMA stays open for the third unit.
- RMA-807 and RMA-816: no receipts exist, so I changed nothing and left them open. RMA-807's customer says the parcel was delivered to the warehouse, but there is no receipt to settle against.

Cost excludes judge calls, which are tracked separately so a scoring model never flatters or penalises an architecture. Every figure on this site is read from results/ at build time.
