Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • The plan was a plan: heldplan-execute.planThe planner’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one step.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldplan-execute.toolsThe planner was shown no tools and the executor the task’s full toolset.

Final answer

I settled 12 of the 16 open RMAs and closed them. Three stay open and one is under investigation. There were no inbox messages, so I sent no replies.

All amounts are in cents.

  • Fees: 15% on changed-mind returns (801, 803, 804, 813, 815). PU-15's 20% applied to 805, requested 25 June. PU-21 waived the fee on 802 and 814, requested 14 and 17 July. Defective and damaged returns carried no fee.
  • 803 and 804: These shipped 41 days before the request, and neither customer held gold or platinum status on the request date, so they were paid as store credit.
  • 815: The platinum customer got the 45-day window under PU-18, so the refund went to the card.
  • 810: I refunded 12,900 paid less the 3,000 already refunded, so nothing was paid twice.
  • 806: The line paid 7,350 after a discount code, so that is what I refunded.

Still open

  • RMA-809: Only 2 of 3 units have arrived, so I settled those two. The refund was 3,800 to card with no fee under PU-21. I restocked 1 P-CAB as sellable and 1 as damaged.
  • RMA-807 and RMA-816: The warehouse has received nothing, so I refunded and restocked nothing. The customer on 807 says the parcel reached our warehouse on 23 July, but no receipt is recorded.
  • RMA-808: The warehouse received a P-CAB instead of the P-MON this return covers. I refunded and restocked nothing and opened investigation INV-1.

The plan assumed the return window was measured from the order date. I followed the policy instead, which measures it from the date the line shipped.
