Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • The plan was a plan: heldplan-execute.planThe planner’s reply was read through its schema and held at least one step.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldplan-execute.toolsThe planner was shown no tools and the executor the task’s full toolset.

Final answer

I merged the three duplicate CRM search reports into T-1052 and escalated it to Dana Whitfield (E-101).

  • Merged: T-1052, T-1053 and T-1054 all describe the same incident: account search returns a 500 for every query, starting around 07:00 in Revenue Ops. T-1052 is the earliest-created, so it survived. T-1053 and T-1054 are now merged into it.
  • Deadline: T-1052 now carries 2026-03-17T12:40Z, the earliest deadline on any of the three (it came from T-1053). T-1052's own deadline was 15:05Z, so this moved it earlier, as the duplicates policy requires. The escalation left it unchanged.
  • Severity: The merged ticket covers the whole department, so the matrix gives sev2 for CRM. I raised it from sev3.
  • Owner: The matrix escalates sev2 to platform-primary. Dana Whitfield is on call there at 12:40Z, so I escalated the ticket to her, and she is now the assignee.
  • Left alone:

    • T-1055 (CSV export returns an empty file) is a different problem. The reporter says search works for them.
    • T-1061 is the engineering tracking ticket for the search index rebuild, not a customer report. Its link to T-1054 moved to T-1052 automatically during the merge.

I couldn't check whether T-1053's earlier assignee, E-202, was already working the incident. T-1053 is merged and no longer a live ticket.
