Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • All three proposers ran: heldpropose-select.proposalsThree proposers ran in parallel, each from its own angle, and none was starved while another ran.
  • The selector chose: heldpropose-select.selectionThe selector picked a proposal by a valid number, read from its schema reply and not a default.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldpropose-select.toolsEach proposer was shown the read-only tools, the selector none, and the executor the full toolset.

Final answer

I booked and settled all nine flight-change requests (Q-301 to Q-305 and Q-307 to Q-310) and resolved each one with a note to the customer. Every change kept the cabin the customer booked.

Date conflict. The session header says 2026-10-05, but the bulletin and refund-policy tools both report today as 2026-07-28. The requests are dated 2026-07-27, which matches "yesterday", so I acted as of 2026-07-28. The tool date is also the one the bulletins' effective dates run against. If the real date were 10-05, the Chicago waivers would have expired and several outcomes would change, so please confirm the date.

RequestMoveCharged
Q-301 Ines (R5201)AA210 → DL542, 08-06$0. The Chicago waiver (PB-2026-14) covers the fee and the $50 fare difference.
Q-302 Jonah (R5202)AA660 → AA664, 08-07$110: $75 change fee and $35 fare difference. The waiver he saw is for Chicago, not this Boston trip.
Q-303 Kim (R5203, basic economy, silver)AA662 → AA664, 08-07$175: $150 change fee and $25 fare difference. Boston waiver PB-2026-09 expired 07-15, and PB-2026-16 sets the basic economy fee at $150.
Q-304 Lena (R5204, basic economy, gold)UA88 → UA90, 08-09$35 fare difference only. The fee is waived, but the Chicago waiver still collects fare differences on basic economy.
Q-305 Max (R5205)AA214 → AA216, 08-08$85: $75 change fee and $10 fare difference. He booked on 07-26, after the 07-24 ticketing cutoff.
Q-307 Oscar (R5207, platinum)AA212 → AA218, 08-08$0. The platinum extension (PB-2026-14A) covers his 08-05 flight.
Q-308 Petra (R5208)AA660 → AA662, 08-05$75 flat same-day change fee (PB-2026-12), no fare difference.
Q-309 Quinn (R5209)Only the ORD→BOS leg, AA1402 → AA1406 on 08-03$0. The Chicago waiver (PB-2026-14) is cheaper than the same-day bulletin (PB-2026-12), and bulletins aren't combined. UA88 is unchanged and arrives 12:25, so the connection is valid.
Q-310 Ravi (R5210)AA210 → AA216, 08-08$105: $75 change fee and $30 fare difference. He already used the waiver's one-time move on 07-26.

Each fee went in as its own ledger entry (L1 to L10). The six customers whose result differs from what they expected were told why in their resolution notes.

Left alone. Q-306 is a cancellation (R5206), not a flight change, so I left it for its owning team. I did not touch any other booking.

Not sent. I did not send separate passenger notifications. The resolution notes carry the new itinerary and charges.
