Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • All three proposers ran: heldpropose-select.proposalsThree proposers ran in parallel, each from its own angle, and none was starved while another ran.
  • The selector chose: heldpropose-select.selectionThe selector picked a proposal by a valid number, read from its schema reply and not a default.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldpropose-select.toolsEach proposer was shown the read-only tools, the selector none, and the executor the full toolset.

Final answer

I worked the nine flight-change requests: Q-301 to Q-305 and Q-307 to Q-310. Each customer is rebooked in their own cabin, every fee is its own ledger entry, and each request is resolved with a note saying what they were charged and why.

I left Q-306 (R5206, a cancellation) for the cancellations team. I didn't touch any other booking.

The plan assumed today is 2026-07-28. That's the date the bulletin tool reports and it fits "requests from yesterday". My environment header said 2026-10-06, which would have made every bulletin expired. I went with the tool's date.

Before acting I re-checked the bulletins, fare rules, tiers, reservation histories, ledgers, flight status and seats. All of it matched the plan.

RequestReservationNew flightCharged
Q-301 InesR5201AA210 → DL542 (Aug 6)$0, covered by PB-14
Q-302 JonahR5202AA660 → AA664 (Aug 7)$110: $75 change fee + $35 fare difference
Q-303 KimR5203AA662 → AA664 (Aug 7)$175: $150 change fee (PB-16) + $25 fare difference
Q-304 LenaR5204UA88 → UA90 (Aug 9)$35 fare difference; change fee waived
Q-305 MaxR5205AA214 → AA216 (Aug 8)$85: $75 change fee + $10 fare difference
Q-307 OscarR5207AA212 → AA218 (Aug 8)$0, covered by PB-14A (he had offered to pay)
Q-308 PetraR5208AA660 → AA662 (Aug 5)$75 flat same-day fee (PB-12)
Q-309 QuinnR5209AA1402 → AA1406 (ORD–BOS leg only; UA88 kept)$0, covered by PB-14
Q-310 RaviR5210AA210 → AA216 (Aug 8)$105: $75 change fee + $30 fare difference
  • Charged despite expecting a waiver: Jonah's, Kim's, Max's and Ravi's notes say plainly why no waiver applied.

    • Jonah: the Boston waiver expired Jul 15, and the Chicago waiver only covers ORD travel.
    • Kim: PB-09 expired.
    • Max: he booked Jul 26, after the Jul 24 cutoff.
    • Ravi: his one free move was already used on Jul 26.
  • Quinn's $0 is a judgment call. It relies on PB-14 covering a single segment of a connecting trip. If that reading is rejected, the fallback is PB-12's $75 change fee.
  • Notifications: I sent no separate emails or texts. The customers will see only the resolution notes.
