Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • All three proposers ran: heldpropose-select.proposalsThree proposers ran in parallel, each from its own angle, and none was starved while another ran.
  • The selector chose: heldpropose-select.selectionThe selector picked a proposal by a valid number, read from its schema reply and not a default.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldpropose-select.toolsEach proposer was shown the read-only tools, the selector none, and the executor the full toolset.

Final answer

I worked the dock and monitor backorders and notified 14 customers. The plan's allocation and promise dates changed partway through, because PO-91 (4 docks, plan ETA 08-03) was received in the middle of the run.

Allocation

  • I used PU-12 (aged backorders first), which was in force on the system date of 2026-07-25. That is the date every tool reports, so I used it instead of the 2026-10-05 in the context. PU-9 had expired.
  • From PO-88 and PO-89:

    • Allocated: O-5201 L1, O-5202 L1 and L2, O-5203 L1, O-5204 L1, O-5207 L1 and L2 (ship-complete, both lines fit), and O-5210 L1.
    • O-5206 waits because its hub line cannot be filled and it ships complete.
  • From PO-91: I allocated it under the same priority rules: O-5209 L1, O-5211 L1 and O-5215 L1. O-5213 needs 2 and only 1 was left, so it waits whole.
  • Dock and monitor stock are both 0 now.

Promise dates (set from the purchase orders still in transit)

  • O-5208 L1 and O-5212 L1: 2026-08-05 (PO-93).
  • O-5214 L1: 2026-08-19 (PO-97).
  • O-5213 L1: 2026-08-14 (PO-95).
  • O-5206 L1 and L2: 2026-08-14. L1 comes from PO-95 and the hub line L2 from PO-90 would be 08-06. O-5206 is ship-complete, so both lines take the later date.

Notices

  • "Allocated" notices (9): C-521, C-522, C-523, C-524, C-527, C-529, C-530, C-531 and C-535.
  • "Still waiting" notices with a date (5): C-526 (08-14), C-533 (08-14), C-528 (08-05), C-532 (08-05) and C-534 (08-19).

Left alone

  • O-5205 (C-525) is on risk hold, so it got no allocation, no promise date and no contact.
  • The pending lines that aren't backordered (O-5206 cables, O-5210 keyboard) and O-5211's shipped line were not touched.
  • The inbox was empty, so there were no replies to send, and I made no refunds, cancellations or restocks.
