Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • All three proposers ran: heldpropose-select.proposalsThree proposers ran in parallel, each from its own angle, and none was starved while another ran.
  • The selector chose: heldpropose-select.selectionThe selector picked a proposal by a valid number, read from its schema reply and not a default.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldpropose-select.toolsEach proposer was shown the read-only tools, the selector none, and the executor the full toolset.

Final answer

I worked the P-DOC and P-MON backorders and notified 14 customers. The plan needed one change: PO-91 (4 P-DOC) was recorded as received while I was allocating, so my P-DOC results differ from the plan's.

What I confirmed first: the tool date is 2026-07-25 and PO-88 and PO-89 were received, giving 7 P-DOC and 4 P-MON. PU-9 (gold ranks with platinum) expired on 06-30, so I didn't apply it. PU-12 is in force, so orders placed on or before 07-11 go first. The inbox is empty.

Allocated from PO-88/PO-89 (7 P-DOC, 4 P-MON):

  • O-5201 L1.
  • O-5202 L1 and L2.
  • O-5203 L1.
  • O-5204 L1.
  • O-5207 L1 and L2 (ship-complete, both lines filled together).
  • O-5210 L1.

Allocated from PO-91's 4 P-DOC, which arrived mid-run: The 4 units were on the shelf and the handbook sends received stock to backorders in priority order, so I allocated them to O-5209, O-5211 and O-5215. O-5213 (needs 2, only 1 left) waits. This goes slightly beyond the "PO-88/PO-89" wording. If you wanted PO-91 left alone, those three allocations are the ones to undo.

Left alone:

  • O-5205 (C-525) is on risk hold. It got no allocation, no promise date and no notice.
  • O-5206 is ship-complete and its HUB line has no stock, so the whole order waits.

Promise dates set for lines still waiting:

LineDateSource
O-5208 L108-05PO-93
O-5212 L108-05PO-93
O-5214 L108-19PO-97
O-5213 L108-14PO-95
O-5206 L1 and L208-14latest of its lines (DOC 08-14 from PO-95, HUB 08-06 from PO-90)

The plan had O-5206 at 08-06 and several DOC lines at 08-03. Both depended on PO-91 still being in transit, so I changed them.

Notices: I sent one per customer to C-521 through C-524 and C-526 through C-535, 14 in all. I didn't contact C-525.

P-DOC and P-MON stock are both now 0.
