Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • All three proposers ran: heldpropose-select.proposalsThree proposers ran in parallel, each from its own angle, and none was starved while another ran.
  • The selector chose: heldpropose-select.selectionThe selector picked a proposal by a valid number, read from its schema reply and not a default.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldpropose-select.toolsEach proposer was shown the read-only tools, the selector none, and the executor the full toolset.

Final answer

Order O-3001 is now fully refunded: 13,800 cents to her card and 54,800 cents as store credit, 68,600 in total, which is exactly what she paid.

  • Hub (L3, P-HUB ×2): This line had never shipped, so I cancelled it and refunded 13,800 cents to her card. I put 2 hubs back into stock, taking P-HUB from 8 to 10. The line was pending, not backordered, so I treated stock as set aside for it. The inventory records show no reservation either way.
  • Dock (L1) and monitor (L2): Both shipped on 2026-05-04, which is well past the 30-day window. I refunded them as store credit, 21,900 and 32,900 cents, recorded against the order. I then added the 54,800 cents to her balance, which went from 500 to 55,300.
  • Order record: The order status is now returned.
  • Date mismatch: The system date is 2026-07-25 and my context says 2026-10-05. Both put L1 and L2 outside the window, so the outcome is the same.
  • Dock and monitor stock: I did not restock P-DOC or P-MON. Returned goods only go back into stock once the warehouse receives them, and I have no tool to log a receipt. The warehouse needs to restock them when the parcels arrive. Priya needs to send both items back.

I did not change the shipping address or any other order, customer or product.
