Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • All three proposers ran: heldpropose-select.proposalsThree proposers ran in parallel, each from its own angle, and none was starved while another ran.
  • The selector chose: heldpropose-select.selectionThe selector picked a proposal by a valid number, read from its schema reply and not a default.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldpropose-select.toolsEach proposer was shown the read-only tools, the selector none, and the executor the full toolset.

The call-by-call replay is not published for this run. Traces are large, so the repository keeps 9 of this run set’s 900 and leaves the rest out; the score, phases and final answer on this page come from the committed run record.

Final answer

Order O-3001 is processed, but only part of the money goes back to Priya's card. I split it rather than refunding the whole order to the card, because the return policy doesn't allow that.

  • Hubs (L3, 2 × P-HUB): these never shipped, so I cancelled the line and refunded the 13,800¢ she paid to her card. I put both hubs back in stock, taking P-HUB from 8 to 10. The line was pending rather than backordered, so I treated stock as set aside for it. The inventory log doesn't show a reservation, so that is an assumption.
  • Dock and monitor (L1 and L2): both shipped on 2026-05-04, well past the 30-day return window. The policy says they must be paid out as store credit, never to the card.

    • I recorded 21,900¢ for L1 and 32,900¢ for L2 against the order as store credit.
    • I added the same 54,800¢ to her balance, which went from 500¢ to 55,300¢.
    • Both lines now show as returned, and the order status is "returned".
  • Total refunded: 68,600¢ (13,800¢ to the card and 54,800¢ as store credit), which equals what she paid.
  • Stock for the returned goods: I did not restock P-DOC or P-MON. Returned goods only go back on the shelf once the warehouse receives them, so that step is still open.
  • Left alone: I changed nothing else, including the shipping address.

The tools gave today's date as 2026-07-25, while the session header says 2026-10-06. Both dates put the shipped lines outside the window, so the result is the same.
