Did the design run?
- Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
- No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
- Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
- No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
- Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
- No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
- Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
- Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
- No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
- All three proposers ran: heldpropose-select.proposalsThree proposers ran in parallel, each from its own angle, and none was starved while another ran.
- The selector chose: heldpropose-select.selectionThe selector picked a proposal by a valid number, read from its schema reply and not a default.
- Each call was shown the right tools: heldpropose-select.toolsEach proposer was shown the read-only tools, the selector none, and the executor the full toolset.

Final answer
I cancelled the wireless mouse line (L1) on O-2003, refunded it to Marcus's card, and put the two mice back in stock.
- Cancel: L1 (P-MOU, qty 2) had not shipped, so this was a cancellation rather than a return. The cancel call on its own issued no refund and moved no stock.
- Refund: I refunded 7,350 cents to the card (refund RF-1). That is what he actually paid for L1 after discount code MOUSE25. The list price would have been 9,800, which is more than he paid. There is no store credit, because the policy sends refunds for lines that never shipped back to the original payment method.
- Restock: P-MOU stock went from 30 to 32, since stock had been set aside for the line.
- Untouched: L2 (hub) and L3 (cables) are still pending, so they ship as planned. The shipping address is unchanged, and I didn't touch any other orders or products.
I re-read O-2003 afterwards and it shows 7,350 refunded, L1 cancelled and L2 and L3 still pending. I didn't re-check the customer's store-credit balance, but I made no store-credit calls.
The current date is 2026-07-25 in the system, not the 2026-10-05 in my instructions. That doesn't change anything here, because the policy applies to a line that never shipped whatever the order's age.
