Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • All three proposers ran: heldpropose-select.proposalsThree proposers ran in parallel, each from its own angle, and none was starved while another ran.
  • The selector chose: heldpropose-select.selectionThe selector picked a proposal by a valid number, read from its schema reply and not a default.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldpropose-select.toolsEach proposer was shown the read-only tools, the selector none, and the executor the full toolset.

The call-by-call replay is not published for this run. Traces are large, so the repository keeps 9 of this run set’s 900 and leaves the rest out; the score, phases and final answer on this page come from the committed run record.

Final answer

I merged the three duplicate search reports into T-1052. It is now sev2 and assigned to E-201 Ines Kovac.

  • Merged: T-1053 and T-1054 are folded into T-1052, the earliest-created report. All three described CRM account search returning a 500 on every query.
  • Deadline: T-1052 now carries 2026-03-17T12:40Z, the earliest deadline committed on any of the three (it came from T-1053). It was 15:05Z before. I did not change it again when regrading.
  • Severity: sev2. The merge raised the impact scope to department, and the matrix maps CRM plus department to sev2.
  • Assignee: E-201 Ines Kovac. She is the business-apps on-call at 12:40Z, when the deadline falls. T-1053's previous assignee, E-202, is not on call at that time, so he did not carry over.
  • Links: the merge moved T-1054's link to T-1061 onto T-1052, and T-1061 now points at T-1052. T-1061 is otherwise unchanged and still open.
  • Left alone: T-1055 (CSV export returns an empty file) has a different root cause and the requester says search works, so I didn't touch it. T-1061 is the engineering tracking ticket for the index rebuild, not a duplicate report, so I didn't merge or close it.
  • Not done: I didn't escalate, since you asked only for grading and assignment. If you want it, sev2 goes to platform-primary.
  • Comment: I added a note on T-1052 recording the merge, deadline, severity and assignment. I did not comment on the two merged tickets.
