Did the design run?
- Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
- No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
- Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
- No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
- Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
- No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
- Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
- Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
- No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
- Each call was shown the right tools: heldsingle.toolsThe agent was shown exactly the task’s tools, none missing and none extra.
Phases

Final answer
I audited all 19 baggage fees posted 2026-07-20 to 2026-07-26. I refunded the 8 overcharges and annotated every entry. The 2 undercharges were left as they are, with no re-billing.
Rules applied
- Allowances: I used the allowance from the baggage rules for each passenger's cabin plus their tier on the posting date, taken from the tier history.
- Price change: Bulletin PB-2026-13 raised the first chargeable bag from 4500 to 5000 cents from 2026-07-23. It overrides the baggage rules tool, which hasn't been updated yet. I applied 5000 to fees posted from 07-23 and 4500 before.
- Refund method: All refunds went to the original payment method.
Overcharged (refunded)
| Entry | Reservation | Refund (cents) | Reason |
|---|---|---|---|
| L3 | R8125 | 12000 | Passenger was gold on 07-20, so 3 bags were free. |
| L5 | R8116 | 5500 | Overcharge was 7500, and 2000 had already been refunded (L24). |
| L7 | R8118 | 4500 | Silver in economy has 2 free bags, so nothing was due. |
| L8 | R8120 | 7500 | Premium economy has 2 free bags, so the correct fee was 4500. |
| L10 | R8113 | 7500 | Silver in basic economy has 1 free bag, so the correct fee was 4500. |
| L13 | R8123 | 4500 | Silver in premium economy has 3 free bags, so nothing was due. |
| L15 | R8119 | 2500 | Gold in basic economy has 2 free bags. The correct fee was 5000, since it posted after the price change. |
| L19 | R8114 | 5000 | Duplicate fee for the same bags. |
Undercharged (annotated only)
- L4 (R8112): charged 9000, should have been 12000.
- L20 (R8121): charged 4500, should have been 5000.
Correct
- L2, L6, L9, L11, L12, L16, L17, L18 and L21.
- L21 is a second fee on R8122, but it covers the third bag added later, not a duplicate.
- L18 is the first of the two fees on R8114. It is correct on its own.
I did not message passengers or change anything outside the audit.

Cost excludes judge calls, which are tracked separately so a scoring model never flatters or penalises an architecture. Every figure on this site is read from results/ at build time.
