Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldsingle.toolsThe agent was shown exactly the task’s tools, none missing and none extra.

Final answer

All 13 passengers on AA918 are rebooked, owed vouchers have been issued, and each passenger has been notified once. No fees or fare differences were charged. There were no bulletins in effect, so the handbook rules applied as written. I did not resolve any queue requests, since none were part of this task.

  • Priority: I worked through passengers by tier, then earliest booking date. The Jun and Kofi group took Kofi's gold priority. Each passenger got the available itinerary in their own cabin that reached their destination soonest.
  • Upgrades: Iris (platinum) and Lea (gold) each travel alone on one flight. Their own cabins were full on an earlier flight, so each moved up one cabin. Ben (gold) did not qualify. The only earlier seat was in business, two cabins above his, and the earlier premium economy seat had already gone to Iris.
  • Connections: Dev and Mo's AA1402 connection at ORD was broken. No economy seat reached ORD in time for it, so I rebooked their second leg onto AA1410 the next morning.
  • Compensation: Chloe, Iris, Farid, Jun, Kofi, Lea and Elena arrive earlier than scheduled or less than 3 hours late, so they get no compensation.
