Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldsingle.toolsThe agent was shown exactly the task’s tools, none missing and none extra.

Final answer

I worked all nine open flight-change requests. Each customer is on the flight they asked for, in the cabin they booked, and each request is resolved with a note saying what they were charged and why. I did not touch Q-306, the Boston cancellation, because it isn't a flight change.

The system clock says today is 2026-10-05, but the bulletins and the "yesterday" in the task point to 2026-07-28. I used 2026-07-28 for the bulletin dates.

RequestNew flightChargedWhy
Q-301 Ines (R5201)DL542, 6 Aug$0Covered by the Chicago waiver (PB-2026-14). Fee and fare difference waived.
Q-302 Jonah (R5202)AA664, 7 Aug$110 ($75 fee + $35 fare difference)The Chicago waiver doesn't cover Boston flights, so normal economy rules apply.
Q-303 Kim (R5203)AA664, 7 Aug$175 ($150 fee + $25 fare difference)The Boston waiver (PB-2026-09) expired 15 July. The basic economy fee is $150 under PB-2026-16, which overrides the published $125, and silver isn't exempt.
Q-304 Lena (R5204)UA90, 9 Aug$35 fare differenceThe Chicago waiver waives her fee but still collects the basic economy fare difference.
Q-305 Max (R5205)AA216, 8 Aug$85 ($75 fee + $10 fare difference)He was ticketed on 26 July, after the waiver's 24 July cutoff.
Q-307 Oscar (R5207)AA218, 8 Aug$0As a platinum member his 5 Aug travel is inside the amended waiver window (PB-2026-14A).
Q-308 Petra (R5208)AA662, 5 Aug$75Flat same-day fee under PB-2026-12, with no fare difference.
Q-309 Quinn (R5209)AA1406, 3 Aug$0Only the Chicago–Boston leg moved. The Chicago waiver is cheaper than the $75 same-day fee, and PB-2026-17 says to apply whichever costs the customer least.
Q-310 Ravi (R5210)AA216, 8 Aug$105 ($75 fee + $30 fare difference)The Chicago waiver covers one move only, and he already used it on 26 July.

Every charge was posted as its own ledger entry.
