Final answer
I worked all nine open flight-change requests (Q-301 to Q-305 and Q-307 to Q-310). Each change is made, any charge is on the ledger, and each request is resolved with a note to the customer. I left Q-306 alone because it's a cancellation, not a flight change.
I used the bulletin calendar's date of 2026-07-28 to decide which bulletins were in effect. That conflicts with the date I was given for today (2026-10-06). On either date PB-2026-09 and PB-2026-17 give the same results, so I treated the "yesterday" requests as current. Those two are the only ones where the date mattered.
