Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldsingle.toolsThe agent was shown exactly the task’s tools, none missing and none extra.

Final answer

I allocated the new dock and monitor stock, gave every other waiting line a promise date, and sent one notice to each customer I worked, except the risk-hold order. One thing to check: PO-91 (4 docks) was received partway through my run, which the task didn't mention.

Dates and priority. The system date reads 2026-07-25, so I used that as today. Policy update PU-12 applies, so orders placed 14 or more days ago (on or before 07-11) go first, oldest first. PU-9 expired on 06-30 and has no effect.

PO-91. I allocated its 4 docks down the same priority list. Without that, the 4 docks would have sat in stock while those customers waited.

Allocated, in priority order:

  • P-DOC:

    • O-5201 L1 (2 docks)
    • O-5202 L2 (1)
    • O-5204 L1 (2)
    • O-5207 L1 (1)
    • O-5210 L1 (1)
    • O-5209 L1 (2)
    • O-5211 L1 (1)
    • O-5215 L1 (1)
  • P-MON:

    • O-5202 L1 (1 monitor)
    • O-5203 L1 (2)
    • O-5207 L2 (1)
  • O-5207: ship-complete, and both its lines could be allocated together.

Left waiting, with promise dates:

LinePromise dateSupplier PO
O-5206 L1 (dock)2026-08-14PO-95
O-5206 L2 (hub)2026-08-14PO-90 (arrives 08-06)
O-5208 L1 (2 monitors)2026-08-05PO-93
O-5212 L1 (monitor)2026-08-05PO-93
O-5213 L1 (2 docks)2026-08-14PO-95
O-5214 L1 (monitor)2026-08-19PO-97
  • O-5206: it is ship-complete, so both lines take the latest of their dates. The hub line is a P-HUB line that isn't part of your two products, but it had to be dated with the dock line.
  • O-5206 backorder: it was skipped for allocation because the hub is out of stock.

Not touched: O-5205 is on risk hold, so I did no allocation, set no promise date and sent no notice.

Notices: 14 sent, one per order. Each customer is told either that their items are allocated or their promised ship date.
