Did the design run?
- Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
- No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
- Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
- No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
- Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
- No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
- Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
- Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
- No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
- Each call was shown the right tools: heldsingle.toolsThe agent was shown exactly the task’s tools, none missing and none extra.
Phases
Drawn from the phase records: timing and cost per call, no tool calls or messages.

The call-by-call replay is not published for this run. Traces are large, so the repository keeps 9 of this run set’s 900 and leaves the rest out; the score, phases and final answer on this page come from the committed run record.

Final answer
I worked all 16 open RMAs (RMA-801 to RMA-816). Twelve are settled and closed, one is under investigation, and three are still open. RMA-790 (closed) and RMA-795 (already under investigation) were not touched.
Settled and closed (refund, restock, close)
| RMA | Refund | Method | Restocked to | Basis |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 801 | 10,965 | card | sellable | 15% fee, requested before the PU-21 no-fee period |
| 802 | 15,900 | card | sellable | no fee (PU-21) |
| 803 | 27,965 | store credit | sellable | shipped 41 days before the request, so credit only; 15% fee |
| 804 | 27,965 | store credit | sellable | same as 803 |
| 805 | 5,520 | card | sellable | 20% fee (PU-15, requested 06-25) |
| 806 | 7,350 | card | damaged | defective, no fee; the amount paid after the discount |
| 810 | 9,900 | card | damaged | 12,900 paid less the 3,000 already refunded |
| 811 | 4,900 | card | sellable | damaged in transit, no fee |
| 812 | 21,900 | card | damaged | defective, no fee |
| 813 | 10,965 | card | sellable | 30 days exactly, which is inside the window; 15% fee |
| 814 | 31,800 | card | sellable | no fee (PU-21); both units received |
| 815 | 10,965 | card | sellable | platinum, so the 45-day window applies (PU-18); 15% fee |
For 803 and 804 I recorded the store-credit refund on the order and added the same amount to each customer's balance. C-803 was gold only from 07-15, so the extended window didn't apply on the 07-08 request date.
Left in the state the rules call for
- RMA-808: investigation opened. The warehouse received P-CAB against a P-MON return, so nothing was refunded or restocked.
- RMA-809: the customer is returning 3 cables and 2 have arrived. I refunded those 2 (3,800 card, no fee under PU-21) and restocked one sellable and one damaged. The RMA stays open for the third unit.
- RMA-807 and RMA-816: no warehouse receipt exists, so nothing was refunded or restocked and both stay open. RMA-807's customer says the parcel was delivered on 07-23. Without a receipt I can't settle it.
There were no inbox messages, so no replies were needed. The tool results and return policy show today as 2026-07-25, not the 2026-10-05 in my instructions. I used 2026-07-25 for all date calculations.
