Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldsingle.toolsThe agent was shown exactly the task’s tools, none missing and none extra.

Final answer

All 14 weekend tickets are triaged: 2 closed, 2 merged away, and the other 10 have a severity, a deadline and an owner.

Closed (not service requests)

  • T-2010: external SyncFlow marketing email.
  • T-2014: automatic out-of-office reply.

Merged (same underlying problem)

  • T-2005 into T-2004: both report the CRM search failure (KB-23). T-2004 is the earlier report.
  • T-2012 into T-2003: both report the Payments builds failing since Saturday night. T-2003 is the earlier report.
  • No ticket in either pair had a deadline, so each survivor carries 12:10 today.

T-2009 (build logs slow)sev4Thu 26 Mar 17:00E-102 Ravi Menon

Why

  • T-2006: the matrix would make a single-user payroll ticket sev3. KB-55 makes it sev2 for the March close (20–31 March), so I used sev2.
  • T-2007: a phishing report, so it is sev2 and owned by security-oncall, even though it came in on VPN.
  • Deadlines: sev2 targets run on the clock (240 minutes from 08:10). Sev3 and sev4 targets count business hours only.

    • The desk is closed until 09:00, so T-2001's 480 minutes end at 17:00 today.
    • The 1440-minute sev4 targets run Mon, Tue and Thu, because Wed 25 Mar is a holiday. They end Thu 17:00.
  • Assignees: each is the engineer on call for the owning rotation at the moment the deadline falls.

    • Yuki Sato (network-primary) is on leave today, so the backup network-secondary covers. That gives Sanna Virtanen for T-2001 and T-2013.
    • Tomas Lindqvist (business-apps) is on leave Thursday, so business-apps-secondary covers. That gives Amara Osei for T-2002.
  • No major incident: nothing is company-wide, so I did not open one. I also did not page anyone or escalate any ticket.

I did not post a comment on the phishing ticket, T-2007, so nothing on it tells the requester to reset their credentials. The assignee will need to handle that.
