Did the design run?

every check held
  • Run completed: heldharness.run-completedThe environment was built, the architecture returned and grading finished, none of them throwing.
  • No API failures: heldharness.apiNo model call failed at the API.
  • Every call ended: heldharness.calls-endedEvery call ended with a result, or was stopped by the run's own limits.
  • No harness tool denied: heldharness.harness-toolsThe sandbox guard never denied a harness tool, nor a tool the session itself offered.
  • Tool servers connected: heldharness.mcp-connectedEvery tool server the harness gave a call was connected when the session started.
  • No foreign tool servers: heldharness.mcp-hermeticNo call loaded a tool server the harness did not give it.
  • Builtin tools: heldharness.builtin-toolsA check recorded with the run.
  • Structured replies arrived: heldharness.structured-outputEvery call that asked for structured output and ran to the end got it.
  • No silent fallbacks: heldharness.not-degradedNo phase fell back on a default (an empty plan, a default winner) instead of its output.
  • Each call was shown the right tools: heldsingle.toolsThe agent was shown exactly the task’s tools, none missing and none extra.

Final answer

All 14 weekend tickets are triaged. Twelve are still open, with a severity, a deadline and an assignee. Two were closed as non-requests and two were merged away. I made no pages and opened no incidents.

Closed as not service requests

  • T-2010 is a marketing email.
  • T-2014 is an out-of-office auto-reply.

Merged as duplicates

  • T-2005 went into T-2004, the earlier CRM search report. It is now department impact.
  • T-2012 went into T-2003, the earlier Payments build report. It is now department impact.
  • Neither ticket in either pair had a deadline, so each survivor got the new sev2 deadline of 12:10Z today.

Where the rules decided the result

  • T-2006: a single-user payroll ticket is normally sev3. KB-55 (the payroll close amendment, 20–31 March) makes it sev2.
  • T-2007: the requester typed a password into a fake page, so it is a security incident. I set it sev2 and assigned it to the security-oncall engineer, even though it came in on VPN.
  • T-2001: it was created while the desk was closed, so its 480 business minutes start at 09:00 today.
  • Sev4 tickets: their 1440 business minutes run from 09:00 Monday. The 25 March holiday doesn't count, so they fall due Thursday 17:00.
  • Sev2 tickets: these run on the clock, so they are due 240 minutes after triage, at 12:10.
  • Leave cover: E-301 is on leave today, so the network-secondary on-call, E-303, took T-2001 and T-2013. E-202 is on leave Thursday, so the business-apps-secondary on-call, E-203, took T-2002.

I didn't escalate any ticket, because triage doesn't call for it.
